Leading the way: Kim joins the Bowen Basin Women in Leadership Program

With her acceptance into the Bowen Basin Women in Leadership Program, a prestigious initiative by Regional Development Australia Greater Whitsundays, Kim Taylor, from our Goonyella site, is ready to enhance her leadership path.

This program spans 12 months and focuses on developing leadership skills through workshops and masterclasses facilitated by local experts. Kim will also benefit from personalised mentorship aimed at enhancing her leadership capabilities.

The initiative aims to empower participants by helping them identify their strengths, increase self-awareness, and build confidence in their skills. It also fosters a supportive network of local leaders dedicated to advancing their leadership potential.
