Student Meets Night
BUMA Australia was proud to be represented by Cooper (Apprentice & Graduate Coordinator), Laurence (Graduate Mine Engineer), and Angus (Graduate Mechanical Engineer) at the Semester 2 Student Meets Night, held on August 28.
A special thank you to the UQ Mining and Metallurgy Association (MAMA) and the AusIMM Southern Queensland Student Chapter for hosting such a fantastic event. These evenings provided an invaluable opportunity to connect with students who are passionate about the resources industry.
We enjoyed meeting both new and familiar faces, sharing career insights, and discussing industry pathways. It’s rewarding to engage with students eager to take the next step in their careers and hear their ambitions for the future.
