Delta Dunia Explorers Program
The Delta Explorer Program is designed for future leaders within the Delta Dunia group, helping participants realise their potential and contribute to BUMA’s future. The program is run in conjunction with some of the world’s leading universities, with workshops held across Australia, Indonesia and Singapore over the 5 month program.

Emerging Senior Leaders Development Program
The Emerging Senior Leaders Development Program has been developed for high potentials and aims to prepare them for more senior leadership positions within BUMA. It is a practical and foundational program delivered across a combination of workshops, self paced online learning and one on one coaching, with a core focus on fostering leadership skills and capability.

Frontline Supervisor Development Program
The Frontline Supervisor Development Program is tailored for frontline leaders based on our projects. The course is delivered over a 12 month period, and focuses on core technical and leadership skills.
Project Manager Development Program
Our Project Manager Development Program has been developed specifically for current and aspiring BUMA Project Managers.
Program Highlights:
- Technical training: Participants will cover content including financial, contract and assets management
