BUMA Australia is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a mining services contract extension with BHP Billiton and Mitsubishi Alliance (“BMA”), in relation to its Goonyella Riverside mine (“Goonyella”).

We are excited to announce that BUMA Australia has been awarded a new contract with Bowen Coking Coal (BCC) to provide total mining services at the new Broadmeadow East Mine in Central Queensland. The new contract is valued at $320 million for a three-year term plus a fourth-year option.

The deal, valued at $550 million, will see BUMA Australia continue to provide pre-strip mining services at Blackwater Mine in Central Queensland until June 2026.

PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk. announced today that its subsidiary, PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (“BUMA”), through its newly incorporated Australian entity, BUMA Australia Pty Ltd, has completed the acquisition of Downer’s Open Cut Mining East business.
