PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk. announced today that its subsidiary, PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (“BUMA”), through its newly incorporated Australian entity, BUMA Australia Pty Ltd, has completed the acquisition of Downer’s Open Cut Mining East business. This acquisition included the transition of all people, mining services contracts, assets, systems and intellectual property.
