At BUMA we offer a 6 week program that requires participation 3 days a week at our Blackwater project. The program focuses on work readiness and mining basics, and provides opportunities to be considered for BUMA’s 12-month traineeship programs for newcomers to the mining industry.
This program offers a glimpse into a career in mining whilst building some foundations needed to hold a successful career in mining.
