From 31 March to 4 April, BUMA Australia proudly hosted its first centralised apprentice intake – a milestone moment bringing together our newest generation of tradespeople from across our operations.

Held over five action-packed days in Brisbane, this week set the tone for our apprentices’ journey with sessions including:

• Company Welcome and Induction
• Apprentice Signups and Inductions
• Industry & career insights from leaders including BUMA’s CEO
• Real talk on leadership, safety, and culture with our General Manager of HST
• Engaging presentations and discussion around the Maintenance space with BUMA’s General Manager of Assets.
• And to finish off, gearing up with their PPE!

BUMA Australia’s Apprenticeship program reflects our commitment to investing in skills, safety, and a strong future workforce.
